Hi, I’m Mallory!

I'm an architectural designer and BCIN-certified professional with a passion for helping people bring their ideas to life.
 

Born and raised in Cobourg as the youngest of five kids,  from an early age, I was always drawn to design. I spent countless hours playing The Sims, building and reworking houses, and I loved rearranging my room, building furniture, and painting my walls just to see how a space could feel different.

That curiosity and creativity ultimately led me to pursue Architectural Technology at Loyalist College, where I completed the three-year program from 2010 to 2013 and built a strong foundation in design, drafting, and construction.
 

I started my career in 2012 working at Trevor Day & Associates, gaining hands-on experience in residential design and structural engineering. In 2024, I launched my own business, Mallory Rose Drafting & Design, and have continued working with many of the same builders and clients while growing throughout Ontario.
 

I specialize in 3D design, permit drawings, custom home design, cottages, garages, and renovations. Whether you're starting with a rough idea or a full set of plans, I work closely with you to create a design that’s both functional and visually refined—while making the permit process as smooth as possible.
